Far beyond the city limits of Portland, Oregon, lies an enchanted forest called Wildwood. It’s actually forbidden to go there, but fate leads twelve-year-old Prue McKeel to this place anyway. A flock of crows has carried off her brother Mac—who’s still just a baby—into the depths of the forest. Prue faces the danger and, together with her classmate and friend Curtis, enters the legendary Wildwood. Until now, she had never believed in fairy tales, but suddenly she finds herself right in the middle of one. An epic adventure full of talking animals, nasty bandits, and powerful creatures with mysterious intentions awaits them.
