What is the nonstop cinema subscription?

With the nonstop movie subscription, you can go to regular movie screenings at participating theaters for an unlimited monthly fee. Exceptions may be indicated on the websites of the participating cinemas. You can find all the available films at https://nonstopkino.at/en/program/. The timetable is without warranty.

Regular screenings are film screenings in which the cinemas’ membership cards or blocks of ten are also valid. Excluded from the nonstop cinema subscription are, unless otherwise indicated, film festivals, special events such as concert broadcasts and films, and third-party events.

We also try to include 3D screenings as far as possible. However, an additional fee may apply. The cinemas also reserve the right to charge a separate fee for various usual surcharges such as 70mm or special screenings. You do not have to pay extra for overlength.

An overview of all participating cinemas can be found here: nonstopkino.at/en/cinemas

As a nonstop member, you will receive a digital nonstop card by mail directly after the purchase, which you can redeem at the box office. A physical card with a photo will be sent to your address within 4 weeks.

How much does the nonstop membership cost?

A membership costs 24 € per month. If you are under 26 years old, it costs 22 € per month. An annual subscription costs 264 €. There is a one-time processing fee of 4,80 €. Monthly payment is possible via SEPA direct debit or credit card.

Is there a minimum commitment for the nonstop card?

For persons under 26 years of age, the minimum commitment is 4 months – for persons 26 years of age or older, the minimum commitment is 8 months. After that, monthly cancellation is possible at the end of the month.

How can I buy a nonstop card?

You can order the nonstop card exclusively online on this website.

A physical card will be sent to you by mail. After purchase, you will receive a temporary card that can be used for 4 weeks and then expires automatically.

Monthly payments will be debited from the bank account or credit card used for the first payment.

In the month of the order you pay only the aliquot part, after that always for the full calendar month.

Example: You order the nonstop subscription on March 12. You pay for the remaining 20 days in March: 24 Euro / 31 days * 20 days = 15,48 Euro. From April on you pay 24 Euro per month.

Does the nonstop card give me access to all screenings?

Online reservations

In almost all cinemas you can make reservations online via the reservation area on the website of the respective cinema. You do not have to indicate here that you have a nonstop membership. If only purchase tickets are available for the event, it is unfortunately not possible to make a reservation via the website.

For Filmcasino and Filmhaus there is a special rule: If you indicate your nonstop subscription number, you can also make reservations via e-mail for purchase-only screenings. More information can be found here: https://filmcasino.at/nonstop-kinoabo/

However, if these reservations are repeatedly not picked up, a block will be issued after warnings.

Picking up reserved tickets

Important: In order to see the movie of your choice, you must always first pick up your movie ticket at the box office and scan your nonstop card. Each cinema sets its own pick-up time: this can be between 30 or 5 minutes before the movie starts. Please always check the confirmation email to verify the pick-up time.

If you do not pick up your ticket in time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and your seat will be available for someone else.

Cancellation of your reservation

If you are unable to pick up your reservation, we ask that you cancel your tickets as soon as possible. Cancellation in time will help the cinema to give the seat to another visitor.

Usually you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link in the confirmation email you received from the cinema. If you did not receive such an email, please contact the cinema to cancel your reservation. Unfortunately, the nonstop team cannot cancel reservations for you.

What payment options are available?

The subscription can be paid by credit card or SEPA direct debit. In the case of SEPA direct debit, the first payment is processed via an EPS transfer.

How can I redeem a nonstop voucher code?

If you would like to take out a nonstop cinema subscription and want to redeem a voucher code, you can simply enter it in the “Code” field during the ordering process in the form at my.nonstopkino.at/en/order (for the annual subscription use this form: https://my.nonstopkino.at/order?productId=57). The value of the voucher will then be credited directly to your account.

If you already have a subscription and would like to use a code, e.g. for a renewal, please send us an e-mail to support@nonstopkino.at.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine several promotions and voucher codes.

At what age can I sign up for a nonstop subscription?

At the time of signing the contract, you must be at least 18 years old as a future contract partner of nonstop. If you are under 18, however, it is possible for the subscription to be purchased as a gift subscription by a person of legal age who is capable of entering into a contract and passing it on to underage persons.
