Weiningers Nacht

In a dramatically condensed furioso, the film depicts the last desperate hours of the 23-year-old anti-Semitic Jewish philosopher Otto Weininger, who shot himself in Beethoven's death house in October 1903. Once again, his whole life passes before him like a distorted mirror image. It is the desperate struggle of a young genius against his time, against his fellow human beings and ultimately against himself.
