The Wicker Man

A devoutly religious police officer investigates the disappearance of a 12-year-old girl and receives an anonymous letter that leads him to the remote Scottish island of Summerisle. There, the stranger from the mainland encounters not only a wall of silence, but also a community that still practices a pagan fertility cult.
