Stirb nicht ohne mir zu sagen wohin du gehst

Leopoldo, a film projectionist who has lost his job, can now fully pursue his passion for invention and builds a machine that translates nocturnal brain activity into images. His friend Oscar, who is currently developing a household robot with a national consciousness, and he are amazed when this dream machine brings the soul of a woman into Leopoldo's consciousness. Only he can see her, he can't touch her either, but the two seem to be bound by a love that transcends death. But this is just one of many universal problems in this tragicomic fantasy melodrama.
