SHEEP takes an entertaining and original look at these and many other questions, in a way few television formats have before. Or have you ever found yourself thinking about real-life domestic sheep while watching a comedy series?
A flock of sheep believes that the farmer is their servant and that they themselves are the crown of creation. When young ram Oliver discovers the truth, he sets out to save his deluded fellow sheep. But that is far from an easy task.
Starring real sheep, a handful of humans, and prominent voices including Merlin Sandmeyer, Jella Haase, and Birgit Minichmayr, this comedy series was developed by Formatlabor Quantum for the editorial department “Das kleine Fernsehspiel” and created by Leni Gruber and Alex Reinberg.
