Patlabor: The Movie

Tokyo, in the near future: Giant working robots known as Labors have become an everyday part of life. When an increasing number of these machines suddenly go out of control and turn against their owners, the police begin investigating a mysterious series of incidents. Their investigation leads to an abandoned robotics project and a secret buried deep in the past.
