Palestine, 1936: More and more villages rise up against the British colonial power, which enforces its control through violence. At the same time, European Jews fleeing National Socialism begin to settle in the region. Yusuf, a neutral figure, moves between his rural home village and the increasingly tense city of Jerusalem.
After a fateful incident, the young man joins the resistance. He allies himself with figures like Khalid, a dockworker who, in the face of escalating tensions, sees no other option but to take up arms. As personal fates and political upheavals become inextricably intertwined, the situation reaches a dramatic climax—a pivotal moment that marks the origins of the conflict across the entire region.
