Much Ado about Dying

Filmmaker Simon Chambers is summoned to return to London in the middle of shooting his film in India by a disturbing message from his uncle David: "I think I'm dying." However, David, an eccentric, homosexual former actor with a penchant for Shakespearean monologues, has no intention of dying, instead enjoying the attention and stage afforded him by his nephew. Chambers captures in moving and intimate images the tragic-comic relationship between the two and pays tribute to an independent spirit who enjoyed life to the last minute.
