X, Lelé and Maria are navigating working-class life in Angola’s capital. Having grown up in a church-run orphanage, they now find themselves, as young adults, struggling to get by on precarious jobs. X, the outsider, roams Luanda with the keen eye of a poet and eventually finds in rap the best means of expressing his experiences and observations.
