Mein Freund Barry

At the end of the 18th century, twelve-year-old orphan Georg is taken in by a hospice run by monks on the Great St Bernard Pass. He is too weak to make the long journey to Italy with his brother. Just as frail as Barry, the puppy whom Georg secretly nurses back to health. Together, they fight for their place in the majestic, rugged world of the Swiss mountains.
