Master thief Lupin and his buddy Jigen have just done another thing and escaped the bad guys once again, when the two of them are sent to Europe to look for the next treasure. As they are leisurely driving along a road, a young woman is chased by some bad men in a car. Lupin rescues her and falls in love with her. Her name is "Clarisse" and she is kidnapped again shortly afterwards. She is being held by the "Count of Cagliostro" in his castle because he wants to marry her. However, the Count is a counterfeiter who distributes his money all over the world and only wants to marry Clarisse in order to get his hands on the Cagliostro treasure. Lupin sets out to rescue Clarisse and makes his way to the castle, where a big showdown ensues ...
