Strange objects appear in the sky, yet the true revelation unfolds within. A group of young people continue with their daily lives, while, deep inside, something begins to quietly disintegrate. What initially seems like an external phenomenon reveals itself to be a mirror of the human condition: the mind—fragile yet expansive—strives to hold onto the stories that give meaning to existence. As life carries on, the invisible seeps into the everyday, exposing fissures—between the real and the imaginary, between stability and collapse.
Director Javier Borrayo explores mental health from a speculative perspective, in which every fracture serves as an opening. Caught in the transition between euphoria and emptiness, between clarity and loss, the characters embark on an inner journey that blurs the boundaries of the self. It is a reminder that every mind, in its attempt to comprehend, inhabits the mystery itself. This is a film that does not offer explanations, but rather accompanies the viewer—a poetic meditation on collapse, consciousness, and the silent secret that lies beyond the reach of understanding.
