Kung Fu Hustle

In 1940s Shanghai, the luckless would-be gangster Sing (Stephen Chow) dreams of joining the infamous Axe Gang, the ruthless criminal organization that rules the city with an iron fist. After a series of blunders lands him in the middle of a conflict between the gang and the residents of a seemingly ordinary apartment complex, Sing sees his chance to prove himself. But before the Axe Gang's boss will accept him as one of their own, he must first pass a formidable test—one that will challenge everything he believes about strength, courage, and heroism.
