Kinder des Olymp

In 19th-century Paris, the beautiful Garance crosses paths with four men who love her in very different ways: the actor Frédérick, the mime and actor Baptiste, the Count Édouard, and the criminal Lacenaire. Amid theatre, passion, jealousy, and unfulfilled love, a sweeping romantic drama unfolds about people who long for one another yet can never truly be together. Marcel Carné’s masterful epic is considered one of the great achievements of French cinema.
