Green Northern Lights
Jona, a 30-year-old aeroplane pilot, has already completed numerous journeys in the air. He represents the conventional consumer society. In contrast to his everyday working life, he decides - despite all the challenges that await him - to travel to the Northern Lights by train with his 6-year-old niece Luna. The journey is meant to reflect sustainability in all aspects, which leads them to create innovative projects along the way, including a sustainable hotel and an organic restaurant that aims to use regional and seasonal food. Luna represents the future generation in the documentary.
