Megan (Natasha Lyonne) is a model student; her boyfriend is a football player. However, she doesn’t really enjoy kissing Jared, she’s a vegetarian, and her room is covered in posters of Melissa Etheridge. This worries her parents, as she might be a lesbian. To nip this suspicion in the bud, they send Megan to ‘True Directions’, a re-education camp for homosexual, troubled children. There, she is supposed to be cured, return to normality, and be rehabilitated.
