After a violent storm has devastated their home village, the agile sloth girl Laura and her family are faced with a major challenge:

They have to find a new home. With their old, rickety food truck, they venture into the big city to build a new life for themselves - and their little snack bar soon becomes a huge success thanks to their unique cooking skills. But not everyone is happy about it: The cheetah Dotti Pace, whose fast-food empire is in crisis, sees the sloths as a major threat and tries to get rid of her rivals by any means necessary. Can the sloth family prevail against the cunning cheetah?
