The story takes us to Sarajevo in the 1960s, where we meet Dino, a teenager from a working-class suburb who tries to escape everyday life through Western films, hypnosis and rock ’n’ roll. His life takes a new turn when he meets Dolly Bell, a mysterious and charismatic cabaret dancer who awakens strong, previously unknown feelings in him.

The film follows Dino’s journey into adulthood, shaped by cinema, petty scams and a longing for a different life. When he falls in love with Dolly Bell, the line between fantasy and reality begins to blur, and his inner world is thrown into turmoil.
