Ein Münchner im Himmel – Der Tod ist erst der Anfang

Taxi driver and Munich local Wiggerl (Maximilian Brückner) ends up in heaven after a car accident—but instead of beer and brass band music, all there is here is soy manna and yoga to the sound of harps. A nightmare for the rebellious, stubborn Bavarian.
To restore peace and quiet in heaven, he’s promptly sent back with a mission. If he manages to get his karma in order, he’ll be allowed to stay on Earth.
However, Wiggerl’s daughter Toni (Momo Beier) is the only one who can still see and hear him. To everyone else, he’s invisible. Toni flatly refuses his plea for help—after all, her father barely cared for her and her mother (Hannah Herzsprung) during his lifetime. Only with a healthy dose of self-awareness does Wiggerl finally manage to regain some trust. But the race against time isn’t over yet, and Wiggerl is slowly beginning to realize what his mission is really about…
