A secret organisation specialises in a very particular service and has made an offer to Arthur Hamilton, an ageing banker. The organisation performs operations on people, transforming them into the person they would like to be. Arthur Hamilton is transformed into the young and handsome Tony Wilson. Just as he is enjoying his new life to the full, he discovers the cruel price he must pay for the operation.
