Mara Mattuschka's grotesque about the belief in authority and psychological defects, realized in collaboration with Hans Werner Poschauko and Andreas Karner, consists of a hodgepodge of surreal scenes. In the midst of simple black-and-white cardboard backdrops and with deliberately simple animation tricks, the story of a domineering teenager with a mother complex is told, who uses the freedom of his vacation to suppress a harmless island people with his malicious fantasies.
