To uncover the mysterious death of his grandparents, Cory and his friends return to the old farmhouse where everything began sixty years earlier.

A group of young people spend their summer vacation in a remote, inhospitable area. One of them has inherited a farm where his grandparents died under mysterious circumstances. Together, they want to uncover the background behind the massacre. When the teenagers arrive at the farm, strange things begin to happen: they discover ritual cult objects and records left by former residents claiming that the area is ruled by demons. What they initially dismiss as a joke turns out to be a cruel truth at night. Zombies invade the farm and attack. Anyone killed by these creatures turns into an undead being themselves. A mysterious black book they find in the farmhouse seems to be the only salvation from the deadly threat…
