After a jewelry heist, Alex (Max von der Groeben) and his father Karlo (Florian Lukas) find themselves hiding—of all places—with a group of young adults with disabilities who are just setting off on their summer vacation with their caregivers (Mala Emde, Jasmin Schwiers, Lorenzo Germeno). Without further ado, the two crooks pose as the missing traveler, Otto, and his caregiver—an almost perfect disguise. Their escape from the police kicks off an extraordinary adventure that not only presents everyone involved with unexpected challenges but also brings plenty of fun, intense emotions—and a new perspective on life!
