Zendaya ("Dune", "Euphoria") in the leading role of former tennis prodigy Tashi Duncan.
After an injury, the determined Tashi has to work as a trainer. She makes it her goal to help her husband become a champion. However, because he is in a slump, Tashi persuades him to take part in a lower-class tournament in order to regain his former strength. However, the comeback plan takes a surprising turn when Tashi's husband has to compete against the failed Patrick - his former best friend and Tashi's former partner. As past and present collide and tensions boil over, Tashi must ask himself a crucial question: How far will I go to win?

The new work by visionary filmmaker Luca Guadagnino ("Call Me By Your Name") convinced Zendaya so much that she not only took on the lead role, but was also involved as a producer.
