“Bauer unser” is a must-see film that shows how economic policy and society are increasingly capitulating to industry. The picture isn’t all rosy, yet there are moments of hope. For example, when Simon Vetter, a vegetable farmer and cattle breeder from Vorarlberg, takes pride in being a farmer who knows his customers and resists alienation.
