Árru
In the vast expanses of the Far North, the young Sámi woman Árru struggles to find her place between tradition and modernity. While her family remains deeply rooted in ancestral customs, she longs for a life of greater freedom. When an unexpected event disrupts the fragile balance of her community, Árru must decide how much of the past to preserve—and how much of the future to embrace.
Told through striking imagery, the film is a moving exploration of home, cultural heritage, and the courage to remain true to oneself, set against the rugged beauty of Lapland and imbued with a quiet emotional intensity.
