In 2024, the two pioneers and legends of big mountain snowboarding, Xavier De Le Rue and Jeremy Jones, each produced an extraordinary film. Jeremy in search of the best "Arctic Line" in the Lyngen Alps and Xavier on an extraordinary family trip with a sailing boat in the Antarctic. This speciality inspired us to create this snowboard double feature. The Freeride Film Festival awards the Honorable Mention Award to these two films from the best over-length films submitted each year.

Jeremy Jones, Elena Hight and Antti Autti travel north to the Arctic Circle to go on a splitboard adventure in Antti's home, the Lyngen Alps. Filmed in the spring of 2024 after a harsh Arctic winter this film was originally about Dreamlines in the Arctic. The story evolves as the film progresses, as despite the team facing difficult conditions, Jeremy continues to ride incredibly hard and begins to influence the way Antti views his snowboarding and the mountains.

A celebration of discovery, adventure and passing the torch to the next generation against the breathtaking backdrop of Antarctica. "Of a Lifetime" describes the journey of the famous De Le Rue family: Xavier, a 7-time world champion, his younger brother Victor, a 3-time world champion, and his daughter Mila, who turns 18 and embarks on her first expedition. The famous De Le Rue family sails across the Drake Passage to navigate the unimaginably steep, icy lines of the White Continent. Mila's introduction to big mountain freeriding is recorded in personal diaries that show how she faces her fears and accepts the challenge.
