The members of a divinatory group in southern Italy are also trained in this almost forgotten art of the augurs, who knew how to recognise messages in the flight of birds. Clémentine Roy's careful observations prove that this kind of connection with the seemingly small gestures of the environment has nothing to do with esotericism, but rather with a heightened awareness that resists the noise of the times. The film calmly shows people working with plants, looking up at the sky and defending themselves against the cynical politics of their country.
