Antoine Toussaint, celebrated chansonnier and loner, suffers a breakdown on stage. Fearing he will never sing again, he travels to Geneva to end his life. But on the train he meets the lively Victoire – an ex-convict and ardent fan – who throws his plans into disarray and unexpectedly grows close to his heart.
