A Clockwork Orange
In London in the not-too-distant future, young Alex (Malcom McDowell) is the leader of a youth gang. The group itself attracts attention with acts of violence and the rape of defenceless people motivated solely by the act itself. After the boys commit another burglary and murder, Alex is beaten up by a rebellious gang member and handed over to the police. The former leader is sent to prison. Two years later, he has to take part in a new type of aversion therapy initiated by the government as a test subject. The therapy lasts 14 days and repeatedly confronts Alex with film scenes of extreme brutality. He is then released, but is now nothing more than a will-less shell.
