Zorros Bar Mizwa

Religion meets youth culture. The film follows four teenagers from Vienna as they prepare for their bar and bat mitzvahs. A special role is played by a bar mitzvah filmmaker who shoots clips with the teenagers in which they put themselves in the spotlight. The threshold into adulthood can be crossed in many different ways: at the Wailing Wall, in the spotlight of a stage, in a designer dress or in a Zorro costume.
