What could be better than a meeting of seven childhood friends who want to watch a lunar eclipse together - with lots of wine and Israeli delicacies. To shorten the wait, they play the not entirely conflict-free mobile phone game: every call, every message is listened to or read out by everyone. Over the course of the evening and the game, more darkness emerges in their long-standing close relationships than darkness from the moon. Even twenty-year-old secrets are revealed, relationships swirl merrily into crisis, and the light comedy becomes a drama of love and separation. Under the direction of popular actor Lior Ashkenazi (FOOTNOTES, BIG BAD WOLVES, WALK ON WATER and GOLDA), the chamber drama becomes a revelatory play. A midsummer night's dream that becomes an entertaining nightmare. And neither roast lamb nor therapy can help.
