Welcome Into Women’s world centres the story of a mother confronted with the transition of her daughter. After 45 years her son shares his realisation and decision to start living as a woman, her true self. This decision pushes Yoyo into rethinking her position as a woman and a mother. The film follows her emotional journey as she learns to accept and support her child's new identity, which in turn forces her to re-examine her own life and understanding of womanhood.
