VLNY (Waves)

After the death of his parents, Tomáš takes care of his younger brother Pavel so that he can continue to go to school. By chance, he finds work as a technician at Czechoslovak Radio. There he meets a group of dedicated journalists who are committed to the truth and oppose the censorship of the Communist Party. Surrounded by people who speak many languages and have information that he has never heard before, Tomáš immerses himself in a world that fundamentally changes his understanding of responsibility, freedom and truth.
