Via Sedna

Eight women sailed from France to Greenland and back for a first ascent in 2022. For two and a half months, the women lived together on the sailing ship "Northabout" and sailed it across the Arctic Circle. The team, consisting of sailors, mountaineers and a photographer, was caught up in bad weather after just a few days. From then on, rough conditions prevailed over the North Atlantic. After six weeks, they reached Greenland, but the pack ice still blocked the way into the world's largest fjord. Eventually the ice opened up.
