Valentina and the Muosters

Valentina and the MUOSters is a documentary film that deals with the complicated family relationships that accompany the complicated political circumstances of a military town. Set in a small town in Sicily that has become a US satellite station, the story follows 27-year-old Valentina as she seeks to become independent from her parents. The restrictions Valentina faces are a direct result of the satellites' impact on the daily lives of the local residents.
