Trash Humpers
A trio of elderly miscreants vandalise a US suburb: the worse the act, the more fun they have. Harmony Korine, one of contemporary cinema's most controversial punk poets since his screenplay for Kids, reinterprets the demented fun terrorists' orgies of destruction and violence into an (artistic) utopia. Since its release in 2009, this imposition, shot entirely on VHS, has been loved and hated in equal measure, but in any case it eats its way through every brain channel and, at least for the imaginatively gifted, lingers as a vague premonition of the worst nightmare you've never had.
