This documentary photo reportage was developed during numerous trips and observation tours to the Azores Islands, the Canary Islands and Madeira. Accompanied by electronic beats and authentic insider information, the programme provides insights into the often controversial lives of the islanders and their culture, as well as the permanent visitors, far away from the mainland.
