TEVÎ HER TIŞTÎ – Trotz Alldem

TEVÎ HER TIŞTÎ is a documentary by Robert Krieg about six Kurdish women in the autonomous region of Rojava in northern Syria who, despite war, destruction and patriarchal structures, are pursuing self-determined lives – including a former fighter, a teacher, a sports coach and a deaf artist – and in doing so are showing how women are building a new, solidarity-based society.
