Targets are people... and you could be one of them! Crazy sniper Bobby (Tim O'Kelly) shoots random people from a hiding place after killing his family. Meanwhile, the weary Byron Orlok (Boris Karloff) is approaching the end of his acting career. By the time the paths of these different characters cross, far too many people have died...
