Spinal Tab 2: The End Continues
Forty years after the release of the groundbreaking mockumentary film This Is Spinal Tap, the now estranged band members David St. Hubbins, Nigel Tufnel, and Derek Smalls (Michael McKean, Christopher Guest, and Harry Shearer) are forced to reunite for one last concert.
Spinal Tap II: The End Continues also marks the resurrection of documentary filmmaker Marty Di Bergi (Rob Reiner), who once again attempts to film his favorite metal gods as they contemplate mortality — and hope that their twelfth drummer doesn't accompany them to the afterlife.
Alongside music greats such as Paul McCartney and Elton John, Spinal Tap wrestle with their turbulent past to deliver a concert they hope will cement their place in the pantheon of rock ‘n’ roll.
