The film was restored in 2018 by Sherief Hassan for the UNRWA Audio Visual Archives.
Produced in 1974 by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), the film documents the services provided by UNRWA to Palestinian refugees in camps in Syria, Lebanon and the West Bank: accommodation, education, health care and food rations.

This documentary film traces 60 years of Palestinian refugee history. Interviews with UNRWA commissioners-general, staff members, political leaders and Palestinian refugees shed new light on events that have made headlines over the past six decades.
The films will be followed by a discussion with George Nehmeh, former head of UNRWA's Audiovisual Department.
