Set against the stark yet resilient landscape of Detroit, Restoration follows Sabrina Banks on an vulnerable journey of self-recovery. A decade after surviving a sexual assault, Sabrina continues to grapple with the traces of trauma, despite the steadfast support of her father, Darnell, and her husband, Tim. Seeking closure, she returns to her godmother’s now-empty house—the place where her ordeal began—and there, encounters a profound spiritual awakening.
