Promising Young Woman

Every week, Cassandra (Carey Mulligan) gets drunk in a club. Every time, there is a nice chap who wants to take care of the drunk young woman and takes her home. In reality, however, Cassandra is only pretending to be drunk, because she has her sights set on precisely these kinds of ‘nice guys’. As soon as they try to take advantage of their supposedly helpless new acquaintance, she turns the tables and makes the unsuspecting men pay for their behaviour.
