Professione: Reporter / The Passenger

‘All right, I don't care!’ David Locke, a war correspondent, gets his vehicle stuck somewhere in the North African desert sands and throws in the towel, exasperated. With great difficulty, he drags himself back to his hotel, where he discovers a dead man in the next room who looks like him - and with him a chance for a new life, a new identity, which leads him on an odyssey through Europe ... The reporter, who no longer wants to be a reporter because he has increasingly lost the desire to see, becomes a passenger, with places, people and things just passing him by. And we travel with him and rediscover the world around him, always on the move, the wind in our hair. The supposed thriller story serves only as a pretext for reinventing cinema.
