PRISCILLA is an adaptation of the memoirs of the ex-wife of the "King" in images that are more emotional than judgmental, but Coppola's analytical eye also discovers that this life was ultimately controlled by men throughout. Newcomer Cailee Spaeny received the Coppa Volpi in Venice for her sensitive performance in the title role.
