Pirate Radio – The Boat That Rocked

In the 1960s, rock music was on the rise in and from England, but the venerable BBC refused to broadcast the Beatles, the Rolling Stones or the Kinks. Quentin fills this gap with his pirate radio station ‘Radio Rock’, which broadcasts from a ship in the North Sea. However, there is some turbulence among the DJs on board, and the British government wants to put an end to the ‘drug-infested, uncultured’ goings-on as quickly as possible.
