PIPPI AUSSER RAND UND BAND

After an argument with their mum, Annika and Tommy run away from home. Their friend Pippi decides to accompany them. They make quick progress with ‘little uncle’, Pippi's horse, but after a heavy thunderstorm he runs away. A more than exciting adventure now begins for the three of them. They meet a tramp, get caught in a bull's paddock on a farm and try their hand at tightrope walking to earn some money. The journey in a car turns out to be more than spectacular, and it's not every day that a waterfall is conquered - with a barrel ... Holla, holla, oops! The fourth and final Pippi Longstocking film with Inger Nilsson brings the cheerfully irreverent spirit of the original book to the big screen. (Raimund Fritz)
