At Moundsville Prison, inmates encounter a group of unruly youths. They are supposed to serve as a particularly deterrent example for them. The camera captures the claustrophobic atmosphere of this pedagogically daring experiment. The question of guilt and punishment also runs through the portrait of the last American bounty hunter in a certain way: the man certainly lives dangerously!
